FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST
Calgary
We are looking for an energetic, personable, confident person to fill an immediate role in our Service Fulfillment Department. This individual will be responsible for processing client orders and managing the installation of the Shift VoIP telephone systems into client sites. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide primary resource for provisioning of new customer orders
- Provide coordination of Inventory and Installation into customer orders
- Coordinate installation schedules with various departments and outside resources
- Handle customer issues and inquiries in a professional manner
- Monitor and report on activities and performance as required
Personal Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years Provisioning background
- Telecom background/knowledge would be an asset
- Post secondary degree
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Typing proficiency of 60 words per minute
- Ability to learn quickly and complete tasks as a team player

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Shift has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician. Reporting to the Manager, Client Service Delivery, the successful candidate will be responsible for customer installations and product support. This primarily involves the implementation & trouble-shooting of DSL and VoIP telephone systems at client sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A positive, friendly manner and customer-first service approach
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the technical or customer service industry
- Ability to articulate complex technical information in a manner which non-technical individuals can understand
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and well organized
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN Networking
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- College diploma/certificate and/or equivalent
- Proficient in PC Applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license in good standing & reliable motor vehicle
