Who we are
Shift Networks was founded in 2001 to develop Voice over IP (VoIP) based phone services for the Canadian small and medium business market. We are the leading provider of VoIP phone services to this market. Since inception our focus has been to combine the most current technology with a uniquely client-oriented approach to service and support.
What we do
Our VoIP technology provides business clients with the advanced calling features they need to run their businesses more efficiently and more cost-effectively. Shift offers IP-based calling to small and medium sized businesses in major cities such as Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa plus 46 calling areas nationally. We continue to add service areas as we expand.
Our History
Shift Networks 2008 Inc., operating as Shift Networks, is a private company engaged in the business of providing quality VoIP phone services to the small and medium sized business market. On October 5, 2007, Shift Networks 2008 Inc. acquired the assets of Shift Networks Inc. pursuant to a court-sanctioned asset sale. From 2001 to October of 2007, Shift Networks operated as a publicly traded corporation on the TSX Venture Exchange trading under the name of Shift Networks Inc.
